Welcome to the Town of Mountain View, Colorado. We are proud of our community and the qualities of the town.
Mountain View is a home rule city. The town covers a twelve square block area which includes the center of Sheridan Boulevard on the east and expands west to the east side of Fenton Street. The center of West 44th Avenue and south to West 41st Avenue also defines the town.
There are currently 523 residents.
The Town Hall is located at 4176 Benton Street. The Police Department and Municipal Court are also located at the Town Hall.

A town park is located at 4176 Benton Street on the south side of the Town Hall. The park may be reserved for private parties. Our annual community picnics are held at this location.
Town Council meetings are held at 4176 Benton Street on the second Monday of each Month. The public is welcome to attend the monthly meetings.
The West Metro Fire Protection District provides fire protection for the town. Water for the Town of Mountain View is also provided by and billed by the Wheat Ridge Water District. Water issues should be reported directly to them at 303-424-2844.
Mountain View partners with the City of Wheat Ridge to provide our residents with special rates for use of Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreational facilities.
Beginning in January 2019, Alpine Waste & Recycling is the weekly trash service provider for all residential units. Recycle pickup in the alleys is also available. The annual trash and recycle schedule is posted on the Community Events Calendar.
Residents are able to utilize any television service provider; however, the town has a franchise agreement with Comcast for cable television. The Comcast customer service number is 303-930-2000.
Permits for home improvements and fencing may be acquired at the Town Hall.
